    Our classes are both live and recorded, giving you the flexibility to join live sessions or access recordings at your convenience.

  • Are there any quizzes or assessments?

    Yes, we have weekly quizzes to help reinforce your learning and track your progress.

  • What are the special interview sessions?

    We host special interview sessions with guest speakers who are Korean Artists, and as a student, you can get discounted tickets to these exclusive events.

  • Can I join the classes with a friend?

    Yes! Invite a friend to join, and both of you can enjoy special offers or discounts on study sessions.

  • What payment options are available?

    We offer full and flexible payment options to fit your budget. Choose the plan that works best for you! For our overseas students, you can pay for your class through PayPal as well.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds as we prepare each lesson in advance and pay our teachers. If you have an emergency situation, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your situation to the best of your ability.

  • I go to a lot of K-Pop concerts, can I be apart of the incentives program?

    Absolutely! If you attend different Korean events, you can become an ambassador for Seoulful Treasures and receive access to the Special class sessions.
